  • Join the Branch and Small Business Banking Platforms & Capabilities team to shape the future of banker technology from within the business.
  • This senior individual contributor role provides strategic leadership and hands‑on partnership to advance banker‑facing platforms, tools, and equipment—ensuring experiences are intuitive, scalable, and aligned to enterprise priorities and frontline needs.
  • The Senior Program Manager is responsible for driving enterprise-scale program delivery, governance, and strategic alignment across a complex portfolio of initiatives.
  • This role operates as a key integrator across business and technology, ensuring predictable execution, leadership visibility, and achievement of critical business outcomes.
  • The role requires the ability to influence without authority and expertise in orchestrating cross-functional delivery across product, technology, and enterprise partners.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery across multiple, interdependent initiatives at scale
  • Lead program-level governance, ensuring clear accountability, structure, and decision frameworks across initiatives
  • Provide executive-ready reporting, including: Program health, milestones, and progress against outcomes Risks, dependencies, and trade-offs requiring leadership action
  • Deliver concise, decision-oriented insights to senior leadership to enable prioritization and investment decisions
  • Establish a consistent governance cadence across stakeholders and forums
  • Establish proactive identification and management of cross-program dependencies, and anticipate delivery challenges and adjust plans to maintain momentum and outcomes
  • Drive risk management practices, including early detection, escalation, and mitigation strategies
  • Maintain a consolidated roadmap and ensure alignment of roadmap to business priorities, particularly across branch and small business domains
  • Provide transparency into sequencing, dependencies, and impacts to support strategic planning
  • Own and evolve program-level planning routines, including quarterly and multi-horizon planning
  • Facilitate backlog prioritization, roadmap alignment, and initiative sequencing
  • Ensure alignment of resources, capacity, and delivery timelines to strategic priorities
  • Maintain a consolidated, forward-looking view of program execution and dependencies
  • Ensure the development and maintenance of high-quality program artifacts, including: Program plans, roadmaps, and business requirements Go-to-market readiness and reporting frameworks
  • Establish and maintain strong program hygiene in Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint ensuring: Traceability across initiatives, dependencies, and outcomes Consistent standards for planning, tracking, and reporting Ensure compliance with organizational standards, including financial and CapEx documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 10 or more years of experience in project management activities
  • Deep understanding of frontline banking workflows, operational constraints, and technology enablement including hardware.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives that result in measurable growth.
  • Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams including digital, product, and compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills capable of engaging stakeholders and synthesizing complex information in a manner that influences and drives decisions
  • Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills.
  • Self-Starter: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, become fluent at new tasks quickly, and routinely act with a sense of urgency
