Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five to six years of relevant experience
  • Experience working with Hogan DDA Application
  • Extensive knowledge of Hogan's process dictionary components and PCDs
  • Reflect heavy involvement in development, conversions, or implementation of new releases of the Hogan systems
  • Experience with CICS/VTAM and/or IMS/DB2, COBOL II, Easy Trieve, JCL, MVS operating system, Expeditor, and Gitlab
  • Adept with agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles
  • Complete understanding of a feature, the users impacted, the flows impacted and feature's purpose
  • Thorough understanding of the team's domain
  • Ability to collaborate on all aspects of product development
  • Technically proficient and able to define and fulfill solutions requirements for end user
  • Proficient understanding of algorithms, data structures, architectural design patterns and best practices
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
