About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for designing, developing, testing, operating and maintaining products
  • Takes full stack ownership by consistently writing production-ready and testable code
  • Consistently creates optimal design adhering to architectural best practices; considers scalability, reliability and performance of systems/contexts affected when defining technical designs
  • Performs analysis on failures, propose design changes, and encourage operational improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of relevant experience
  • Strong experience with DevOps and CI/CD tooling (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Rancher, ServiceNow), and test automation
  • Experience using AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar ) for code development, troubleshooting, testing, and technical documentation
  • Hands‑on development experience, using modern languages, like React.js and Python
  • Solid database expertise (DML, DDL, performance tuning) using SQL Server or PostgreSQL or equivalent
  • Experience supporting applications and databases on AWS (cloud migration, environment configuration, patching, and third‑party software integration)
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) with tools such as Jira
  • Testing and troubleshooting skills/experience for both development and production support
  • Nice‑to‑have experience with - .NET, Java, MQ, Power BI, SSIS/SSRS, enterprise scheduling tools (e.g., Autosys)
