About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with assigned Relationship Manager(s) to successfully manage Business Banking relationships and the loan portfolio
  • Contribute to the profitability and growth of Business Banking by retaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
  • Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive written analysis
  • Manage credit quality within the team’s credit portfolio
  • Provide guidance to customers
  • Identify and successfully capitalize on opportunities to deepen and expand existing relationships
  • Manage credit risk
  • Respond to prospect or customer credit questions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Two to three years of Business Banking experience
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of bank products and services that results in successfully capitalizing on all opportunities to deepen the relationship
  • Basic knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and credit policy/procedure
  • Demonstrated understanding of intermediate financial accounting and analysis
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationships
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
