About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define, prioritize, and advance enterprise fraud risk initiatives across business lines
- Own end-to-end problem framing, risk tradeoff decisions, and impact assessments
- Lead alignment across business, product, digital, operations, and risk partners
- Drive innovation and proactively identify emerging risks
- Manage complex coordination and elevate decision quality
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically more than 10 years of applicable experience
- Deep domain expertise across fraud risk, controls, identity, authentication, and customer abuse
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem framing
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong executive communication skills
- Demonstrated judgment in prioritization, escalation, and enterprise tradeoff management
