About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process and support Global Trade & Standby Services (GTSS) products
  • Execute and support Foreign Exchange (FX) and international payment activities
  • Review, validate, and reconcile transactions and documentation
  • Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to facilitate trade transactions, payments, and disbursements
  • Ensure adherence to banking regulations and internal policies
  • Maintain documentation and system records in a high-volume environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with international payments, trade finance, or FX operations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Effective communication skills and ability to partner across teams
  • Familiarity with SWIFT or trade/payment systems is a plus
