About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee all client and internal partner initiatives for new clients or existing clients, adding new treasury services with direct impact on Treasury Client Onboarding and Servicing (TCOS); ensure project deliverables are met, on time.
- Coordinate, facilitate and participate in client meetings related to assigned projects and initiatives.
- Lead and manage end-to-end onboarding projects for Treasury Management clients, ensuring timely and successful implementation of solutions.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful outcomes with the use of project plans as needed.
- Solicit ongoing feedback from client, Relationship Manager, internal partners and servicing peers to identify areas of improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically five to eight years of related experience
- Advanced knowledge of Treasury Management or related financial services
- Strong project management skills and expertise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong executive presence, confidence partnering with a variety of levels within the organization
- Demonstrated leadership and the ability to influence without authority
- Background managing or servicing business clients, with an emphasis on an elevated client experience
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
