About the role

  • Work on big data/analytics projects that gather and integrate large volumes of data
  • Perform analysis, interpret results, and develop actionable insights and recommendations for use across the company
  • Acquire data from multiple data sources in order to perform analysis
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data to provide answers to business questions and recommendations for action
  • Interpret data and analyze results using various statistical techniques and tools
  • Drive acquisition and deepening strategies through data insights, experimentation, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate closely with growth studio, product, digital and technical teams to uncover opportunities, optimize processes and enhance customer engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Four to five years of statistical and/or data analytics experience
  • Proficiency in data organization, data manipulation and statistical analysis utilizing Excel, SQL and Python
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
  • Exposure to the Azure Synapse Analytics cloud service
  • Understanding of database structures and data warehousing concepts
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to convey analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry
