Upskill existing staff and promote AI literacy across the organization
Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant years of experience executing AI technology strategy aligned with business goals
Adept in identifying high-impact enterprise-wide AI opportunities
Experienced in establishing AI governance frameworks to ensure transparency, fairness, and compliance with regulations
Keen in monitoring and mitigating risks related to bias, explainability, and data privacy
Experienced and comfortable collaborating with risk, legal, and compliance teams to ensure responsible AI use
Successful background in building and leading multidisciplinary AI teams (data scientists, engineers, architecture)
Clear success to date in upskilling employees, advancing AI literacy across the organization, translating business requirements into scalable AI solutions and integrating AI into core banking systems and customer engagement platforms
Adept in reporting on AI performance metrics
