About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deal Document Oversight – Ensuring information from clients relating to Deal documents are received and documented correctly in a timely fashion.
  • Deal Onboarding – Set up of deals across various systems, gathering of tax documentation and managing deadlines with CLO Relationship Managers.
  • Queries & Escalations – Acting as escalation contact for business line queries and requests, managing tracking of new deal set up across stages.
  • Change Management – Continuous seeking for improvements, efficiencies and enhanced controls in DOM processes.
  • Understanding regulations related to processes, e.g. CAR, Mifid, and risks to escalate to avoid potential issues.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of experience in deal onboarding team
  • Good knowledge of trust and securities operational functions, systems, procedures, products and services
  • Good knowledge and understanding of legal, regulatory and accounting principles affecting Wealth Management & Securities Services business lines and clients
