Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and improve processes across KYC/AML, contract management, and proposal (RFP) areas
Own procedure management, including creating, updating, and maintaining documentation and annual reviews
Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Risk to ensure proper approvals and governance
Translate regulatory and policy requirements into practical, executable processes
Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives tied to audits, regulatory changes, and business priorities
Track deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure alignment across stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Four to six years of related experience
Conceptual knowledge of fundamental theories, principles and practices, and basic understanding of business operations
Effective influence, change management, and coaching skills
Strong technical skills in process mapping, procedure creation, and controls
Thorough knowledge in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines
Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills.
