About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the product vision, roadmap, priorities, and performance outcomes for embedded payroll capabilities within Business Banking.
Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, design, and content.
Drive customer discovery and synthesize behavioral data, funnel performance, segmentation, and competitive insights.
Partner with the payroll provider and internal stakeholders to align priorities and delivery plans.
Define and manage product metrics to improve conversion, activation, engagement, retention, and adoption.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Product management experience
Experience leading digital products, customer journeys, or embedded/platform experiences
Demonstrated ability to lead across disciplines and influence without formal authority
Strong analytical capability and sound product judgment
Experience managing product metrics
Technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering
Experience in payroll, business banking, fintech, HR/payroll technology, or embedded B2B services strongly preferred.
