Key responsibilities & impact

Support deposit account dispute processing and data furnishing activities
Ensure compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
Investigate consumer report disputes and perform detailed analysis
Provide recommended resolutions
Validate data furnished to National Specialty Consumer Reporting Agencies (NSCRAs)
Support the identification and remediation of data or process-related issues

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
Typically two to three years of experience in quality analysis and measurement activities
Thorough knowledge and understanding of the products and services applicable to the assigned area
Thorough knowledge of the productivity and accuracy standards of the assigned area
Strong knowledge of computer systems used in the assigned area
Effective verbal and written communications skills
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
Bachelor's degree preferred
