About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Process GTSS products including Import/Export Letters of Credit, Documentary Collections, Banker’s Acceptances, and Standby Letters of Credit
Support FX transactions such as international payments, settlements, and investigations
Review, execute, and reconcile transactions and related documentation for accuracy and completeness
Coordinate with internal partners to facilitate trade transactions, payments, settlements, and disbursements
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, service level agreements, and regulatory requirements
Maintain documentation and system records to support paperless, high‑volume processing

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of relevant work experience
Prior banking, payments, or financial operations experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high‑volume environment
Comfortable working across multiple systems/screens throughout the day
Trade finance or letters of credit experience preferred
