About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plays a key role in the design, development, and execution of assigned client implementations
  • Requires effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Exercises independent judgment to deliver implementations accurately, on time, and in alignment with customer requirements and organizational standards
  • Serves as the primary point of contact throughout implementation
  • Builds strong consultative client relationships that drive customer satisfaction, product adoption, and utilization
  • Delivers a high-touch customer experience, providing training, strategic guidance, and best practice recommendations
  • Supports customers in optimizing program performance
  • Requires a strong understanding of the technical aspects of the company’s products and services
  • Takes a solutions-oriented approach to onboarding fleet customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Eight or more years of direct experience with project management responsibilities
  • 5+ years of experience in project management activities
  • 3+ years of experience working with APIs and/or other integration solutions with external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with financial services, payments, or fleet/card-based solutions preferred
  • Strong project management, organizational, technical and analytical skills
  • Proficient in working effectively with a variety of function groups to assemble customer solutions
  • Excellent presentation, training, verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Effective problem-solving skills; self-motivated, self-starter
