About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plays a key role in the design, development, and execution of assigned client implementations
- Requires effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external customers
- Exercises independent judgment to ensure timely, accurate, and successful delivery of implementations
- Establishes and maintains strong consultative client relationships, focusing on customer satisfaction and product adoption
- Delivers a high-touch, white-glove customer experience
- Serves as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation
- Provides comprehensive training, strategic guidance, and best practice recommendations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of experience in project management activities
- Familiarity with financial services, payments, or fleet/card-based solutions preferred
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret large data sets
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Interpersonal skills, with excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Strong problem solving skills; self-motivated, self-starter
