About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform and its applications
Manage platform functionality, including plugins and environments
Execute release activities, including moving code to production
Monitor platform performance and ensure system stability
Troubleshoot issues and provide production support
Manage user access and enforce security controls
Support governance processes, including change management and compliance
Partner with engineering and architecture teams on deployments and platform improvements
Drive continuous improvement across platform operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
Strong ServiceNow platform administration experience
Experience with user access and security management
Proven production support and troubleshooting experience
Experience with release management / moving code to production
Experience with platform monitoring and operational support
Experience working in a governed environment (change control, separation of duties)
