About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the planning, launch, and management of digital paid media campaigns across a variety of channels, including search, social, display, video, and emerging platforms.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and data analytics to monitor campaign performance, optimize targeting, and enhance audience segmentation for improved results.
  • Demonstrate initiative and creativity by proactively identifying opportunities for campaign improvement and bringing new ideas to the team.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and agency partners to ensure campaigns are integrated, on-brand, and aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Assist with campaign reporting, analyze key metrics, and share insights to inform future strategies.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure all campaigns meet compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Support influencer marketing campaigns by coordinating and executing plans to promote U.S. Bank products.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Four to six years of experience in marketing or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or a related field (internships and project work count!)
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience using analytics tools to interpret campaign data
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in digital marketing
  • Strong analytical and research skills
