About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for designing, developing, testing, operating and maintaining products
  • Takes full stack ownership by consistently writing production-ready and testable code

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience building secure, high-performance web applications and APIs using .NET/C#
  • Strong proficiency in Agile development and DevOps practices
  • Proven experience partnering with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, shape features, refine backlogs, and deliver user-centric solutions
  • Skilled in translating functional and non-functional requirements into scalable system designs
  • Deep understanding of architecture, design patterns, algorithms, and data structures
  • Demonstrated leadership in resolving complex technical issues, mentoring engineers, and ensuring delivery of high-quality software
  • Experience with microservices architecture, including event-driven and asynchronous patterns, containerization, service mesh, and observability tools
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker/Rancher, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS acceptable)
  • Strong database skills in SQL, including data modeling and performance tuning; experience with Hibernate or similar frameworks
  • Experience with testing frameworks preferably Selenium
  • Java Front-end development experience using React and JavaScript (Nice To Have)
