About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for designing, developing, testing, operating and maintaining products
  • Takes full stack ownership by consistently writing production-ready and testable code
  • Consistently creates optimal design adhering to architectural best practices; considers scalability, reliability and performance of systems/contexts affected when defining technical designs
  • Performs analysis on failures, propose design changes, and encourage operational improvements
  • Makes sound design/coding decisions keeping customer experience in the forefront

  • Conducts code reviews to provide guidance on engineering best practices and compliance with development procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Two to three years of relevant experience
  • Experience building backend-driven mobile applications and SDK-based integrations
  • Strong proficiency in Kotlin/Java (Android) or Swift/Objective-C (iOS) with backend interaction focus
  • Experience in C++ or C# nice to have, but not necessary
  • Expertise in API integration, RESTful services, and mobile-to-backend communication patterns
  • Experience developing and consuming mobile SDKs, libraries, and platform components
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis across mobile clients and backend services
  • Experience supporting high-scale, production-grade applications and distributed systems
  • Knowledge of application performance, monitoring, and stability across mobile + backend ecosystems
  • Knowledge of Payments/FinTech industry a plus, but not required.
