About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and deliver analytical support to various assignments
  • Focus on enhancing operational effectiveness, employee experience, and workforce enablement
  • Collaborate with business leaders, CAO stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
  • Research, analyze, implement, and monitor products, services, and internal programs
  • Translate data and research findings into actionable insights
  • Support effective execution and decision-making
  • Offer expertise and leadership throughout development, implementation, and post-implementation review of major initiatives
  • Interface with internal and external resources to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
  • Extensive level of knowledge of assigned project area
  • Well-developed organizational and analytical skills
  • Thorough knowledge of project management
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
