Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate and deliver analytical support to various assignments
Focus on enhancing operational effectiveness, employee experience, and workforce enablement
Collaborate with business leaders, CAO stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
Research, analyze, implement, and monitor products, services, and internal programs
Translate data and research findings into actionable insights
Support effective execution and decision-making
Offer expertise and leadership throughout development, implementation, and post-implementation review of major initiatives
Interface with internal and external resources to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
Extensive level of knowledge of assigned project area
Well-developed organizational and analytical skills
Thorough knowledge of project management
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
