About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and deliver analytical support to various assignments
- Focus on enhancing operational effectiveness, employee experience, and workforce enablement
- Collaborate with business leaders, CAO stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Research, analyze, implement, and monitor products, services, and internal programs
- Translate data and research findings into actionable insights
- Support effective execution and decision-making
- Offer expertise and leadership throughout development, implementation, and post-implementation review of major initiatives
- Interface with internal and external resources to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
- Extensive level of knowledge of assigned project area
- Well-developed organizational and analytical skills
- Thorough knowledge of project management
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
