About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partnering with a large, strategic co-brand partner to identify and implement the right end - to - end product and customer experience across all bank and partner touchpoints
  • Deeply understand the co-brand card product using data and insights
  • Identify and implement improvements to drive deeper customer engagement, improved customer experience, optimize margins and inorganic growth
  • Collaborate with the co-brand partner and internal operations teams for cohesive customer service experience
  • Partner closely with Finance to manage monthly performance analysis, identify trends, and deliver executive-level reporting
  • Build strong business cases and financial models to support roadmap prioritization
  • Lead the implementation of new product enhancements and operational improvements
  • Work cross-functionally with various departments to deliver on portfolio priorities and go-to-market execution

  • Product Management experience
  • P&L ownership and product financial management
  • Product strategy and planning
  • Data ‑ driven decision making, performance measurement, and optimization
  • Customer research, insights, and execution
  • Go ‑ to ‑ market strategy and enablement
  • Pricing strategy and business case development
  • Strong customer centricity across all touchpoints
  • Understanding of technical product concepts, integration, and modernization
  • Experience managing risk and regulatory considerations in a product environment
