About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, enhance, and support Salesforce CRM functionality related to lead management
- Execute and own development work within Agile sprint cycles
- Lead more complex technical efforts, including solution design and scalable implementation approaches
- Partner with onshore engineers, offshore developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Support ongoing business enhancements, enterprise initiatives, and security-driven updates
- Provide day-to-day production support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and best practices
- Adapt to shifting priorities and evolving requirements in a dynamic delivery environment
- Help ensure performance, stability, and scalability of Salesforce solutions across supported business units
- Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Development Manager and broader engineering team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (8+ preferred)
- 5+ years operating at a senior engineer level, including solution design or technical ownership responsibilities
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce automation tools (Flows)
- Experience working in enterprise or large-scale Salesforce environments
- Proven experience supporting and maintaining production Salesforce environments
- Experience working in Agile teams and sprint-based delivery models
- Ability to manage changing priorities and adapt in fast-paced environments
- Strong collaboration skills, including experience working with distributed/onshore-offshore teams
