About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for end-to-end management of client relationships within an assigned business segment or geographic region
- Serve as the central point of coordination for Fortune 500/1000 clients
- Oversee all relationship management activities to ensure clients receive an optimal level of products and services that meet or exceed expectations
- Drive profitability through the development of new business and retention of existing relationships
- Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Operations, and Field Business Development (Regional Sales Managers)
- Ensure seamless communication and alignment across teams
- Manage client escalations, oversee accurate and timely billing in partnership with accounting
- Support new client onboarding by developing client setup documentation, outlining policies, and communicating unique requirements to internal stakeholders
- Maintain ongoing ownership of account health and execution
- Prepare and analyze client reporting using tools such as Power BI and Excel
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support service delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically eight or more years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of all products and services applicable to target client segment
- Considerable knowledge of applicable policies and procedures
- Advanced knowledge of all organization products and operations
- Demonstrated sales and marketing skills and abilities
- Strong organizational and managerial skills
- Ability to develop and administer budgets
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Prior experience in client-facing account management or relationship management roles
- Knowledge of relocation and/or mortgage industry practices, processes, and client expectations
- Reporting capabilities in Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint (for presenting insights)
