About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for managing and optimizing the self-apply platform, a key acquisition channel within Elan
- Oversees day-to-day platform operations, including vendor management, issue resolution, and compliance as a digital property owner
- Monitors platform performance, investigates anomalies in banker activity in partnership with fraud and risk teams
- Ensures appropriate follow-up and communication with internal stakeholders
- Drives strategic initiatives to increase channel adoption through platform enhancements, training and education, and cross-functional collaboration
- Synthesizes data insights into executive-level reporting
- Submits and audits content within the Client Resource Center (CRC)
- Contributes to ongoing platform optimization efforts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results
- Proficient in managing vendors
- Thorough knowledge of Elan
- Understanding of CRC platform and self-apply channel a plus
- Strong organization and follow-up discipline
- Effective verbal, written and presentation skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence
- Some technical aptitude (data interpretation)
- Comfort with data storytelling and preparing executive-level PowerPoint presentations
- Project management mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, issue-driven environment.
