About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for managing and optimizing the self-apply platform, a key acquisition channel within Elan
  • Oversees day-to-day platform operations, including vendor management, issue resolution, and compliance as a digital property owner
  • Monitors platform performance, investigates anomalies in banker activity in partnership with fraud and risk teams
  • Ensures appropriate follow-up and communication with internal stakeholders
  • Drives strategic initiatives to increase channel adoption through platform enhancements, training and education, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Synthesizes data insights into executive-level reporting
  • Submits and audits content within the Client Resource Center (CRC)
  • Contributes to ongoing platform optimization efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results
  • Proficient in managing vendors
  • Thorough knowledge of Elan
  • Understanding of CRC platform and self-apply channel a plus
  • Strong organization and follow-up discipline
  • Effective verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence
  • Some technical aptitude (data interpretation)
  • Comfort with data storytelling and preparing executive-level PowerPoint presentations
  • Project management mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, issue-driven environment.
