About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for managing and optimizing the self-apply platform, a key acquisition channel within Elan
Oversees day-to-day platform operations, including vendor management, issue resolution, and compliance as a digital property owner
Monitors platform performance, investigates anomalies in banker activity in partnership with fraud and risk teams
Ensures appropriate follow-up and communication with internal stakeholders
Drives strategic initiatives to increase channel adoption through platform enhancements, training and education, and cross-functional collaboration
Synthesizes data insights into executive-level reporting
Submits and audits content within the Client Resource Center (CRC)
Contributes to ongoing platform optimization efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results
Proficient in managing vendors
Thorough knowledge of Elan
Understanding of CRC platform and self-apply channel a plus
Strong organization and follow-up discipline
Effective verbal, written and presentation skills
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly
Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence
Some technical aptitude (data interpretation)
Comfort with data storytelling and preparing executive-level PowerPoint presentations
Project management mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, issue-driven environment.
