Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Eight or more years of relevant software engineering experience
  • Five or more years of experience leading a software engineering team
  • Strong understanding of information systems, software development lifecycles, and modern engineering practices
  • Experience working within banking, payments, or financial services technology environments
  • Exposure to branch banking systems, ATM transaction processing, and digital banking integrations
  • Proven experience modernizing legacy enterprise platforms into scalable, resilient architectures
  • Deep business domain knowledge with the ability to evaluate and communicate technology impact on organizational outcomes
  • Robust engineering foundation with the ability to design and deliver scalable product solutions
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Strong decision-making capabilities with a track record of building consensus and influencing stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with distributed systems, middleware platforms, and transaction processing systems
  • Expertise in system design, scalability, and resiliency engineering
  • Experience integrating and extending vendor-based platforms within enterprise ecosystems
