About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process incoming access requests and manage provisioning queues
- Perform user and privileged access provisioning across systems, including applications, databases, and email
- Support Active Directory account management and access control tasks
- Serve as an escalation point for complex or failed requests from offshore support teams
- Review and validate work completed by offshore partners
- Execute database-related access provisioning tasks as needed
- Perform access hygiene and cleanup activities, including data analysis in spreadsheets
- Create and execute change tasks to support provisioning and remediation efforts
- Ensure all work is completed within defined SLAs and operational standards
- Support credential vaulting using tools such as CyberArk or HashiCorp
- Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to critical access issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational and project-based initiatives
- Proactively troubleshoot issues and escalate risks when necessary
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Active Directory
- 1–3 years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) or access provisioning experience
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell and/or Python)
- Foundational knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
