About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provides a broad range of administrative and operational support to assigned managers and the mortgage team, including direct support to a Regional Manager
  • Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, presentations, and travel arrangements; composing correspondence and maintaining documentation; and supporting special projects as needed
  • Collects and interprets data to produce reports and routinely utilizes Microsoft Office tools, including Excel for formatting, filtering, and formula-based tracking, and PowerPoint for creating professional presentations
  • Plays a key role in supporting recruiting and onboarding activities, assisting with candidate coordination, new hire processes, and related administrative tasks to ensure a seamless experience
  • Expected to manage multiple requests simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet established deadlines while proactively seeking clarification when priorities or timelines are unclear

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically two to four years of experience in administrative and support staff activities
  • Well-developed reading, writing and mathematical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Demonstrated administrative and clerical skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
  • Effective verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formatting, filtering, and use of formulas
  • Experience creating and delivering professional PowerPoint presentations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and proactively seek clarification when deadlines are unclear
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously while meeting established deadlines
  • Prior mortgage or banking industry experience a plus
