About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting data processes and applications related to Card Issuance
- Ensuring things run smoothly from preparation through delivery
- Maintaining and improving department tools and systems
- Working closely with broader technology teams when needed
- Assisting with data automation efforts
- Supporting department-specific equipment
- Contributing to light programming and problem-solving activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
- Familiarity with business operations or functional areas
- Experience working with tools like ServiceNow (or similar platforms)
- Strong organization and problem-solving abilities
- Comfort working with and analyzing data
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced degree is a plus
