About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle expense reporting and calendar management with precision
- Plan and coordinate meetings that are productive and impactful

- Provide essential documentation and administrative support to keep our operations moving
- Utilize your tech-savviness with tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and more for reports, presentations, and beyond
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in administrative and support staff roles
- Financial services experience is a huge plus!
- Sharp reading, writing, and math skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated administrative and clerical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills - you know how to spot and resolve exceptions in data
- Effective verbal and written communication (and an eye for grammar!)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including building reports, creating pivot tables, and mastering formulas
