Provide support to U.S. Bancorp Advisors’ Wealth Management Advisor teams
Research requests and resolve issues for Advisors, partners, Associates, and sales leadership
Liaise between back- and front-office and other staff
Isolate and identify source of problems and take ownership of escalations
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and service level agreements

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
Typically five or more years of relevant work experience
Thorough understanding of retail investment industry rules and regulations
Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Well-developed soft skills, including patience, flexibility, empathy, organization, and problem-solving
Technical proficiencies, the ability to effectively use various software and systems to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
