About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools
- Define and govern Salesforce architecture, including data models, security, integrations, and scalability patterns
- Lead technical design for complex enhancements and multi‑year transformation initiatives
- Review and guide development work to ensure adherence to Salesforce and enterprise engineering standards
- Partner with product, enterprise architecture, security, and platform teams to align roadmaps and ensure compliance requirements are met
- Support production operations, including incident management, root cause analysis, and system optimization
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code quality guidance to Salesforce engineers
- Contribute to documentation, release readiness, and knowledge transfer activities
- Ensure all deliverables follow security, compliance, and governance standards aligned with enterprise practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five to six years of relevant experience
- Deep, hands-on expertise in Salesforce development and architecture (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, security model)
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
- Strong understanding of data modeling, system integrations, and governance in regulated environments
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce release management
- Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end solution design and architectural governance
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience analyzing production issues and improving system performance
