About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Developing, implementing, and driving learning strategies within assigned business lines or units
  • Interacting and effectively managing relationships with Talent Consultants and senior leadership
  • Creating strategy and vision for the learning plan aligned with business and talent priorities
  • Cultivating networks and establishing proactive partnerships with stakeholders
  • Consulting on learning solutions that support talent strategies
  • Supporting business change and growth
  • Creating and delivering external market insights and qualitative and quantitative data

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Four or more years of learning and development, HR, or business experience
  • Good understanding of adult learning principles, practices, and learning sciences particularly in the areas of instructional design, delivery, impact evaluation, and learning technology
  • Ability to facilitate and guide solutions to enable the business to achieve its strategic objectives through the development of talent
  • Ability to interpret data to evaluate the effectiveness of training curricula, materials, and programs in light of business objectives and recommend action
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
