About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead medium to large, complex transformation initiatives across multiple PMI lines of business
- Partner with senior leaders to align project scope and execution to Payments Transformation objectives
- Facilitate cross‑PMI collaboration and decision‑making among diverse stakeholders
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, including timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Drive the people side of change, including readiness, adoption, and reinforcement strategies
- Prepare and deliver concise, executive‑level updates, insights, and recommendations
- Track outcomes and adoption to ensure initiatives deliver intended business value
- Contribute to establishing shared PMI ways of working and a strong, unified culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Advanced experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and/or transformation initiatives
- Proven ability to influence without formal authority
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Copilot)
- Experience supporting enterprise or portfolio-level transformation initiatives in large, matrixed organizations (preferred)
- Experience with organizational change management practices (PROSCI or similar certification a plus) (preferred)
- Project management and/or Agile certification preferred (preferred)
- Financial Services and/or Payments industry experience (preferred)
- Experience providing people or team leadership (preferred)
