About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead medium to large, complex transformation initiatives across multiple PMI lines of business
  • Partner with senior leaders to align project scope and execution to Payments Transformation objectives
  • Facilitate cross‑PMI collaboration and decision‑making among diverse stakeholders
  • Develop and manage integrated project plans, including timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Drive the people side of change, including readiness, adoption, and reinforcement strategies
  • Prepare and deliver concise, executive‑level updates, insights, and recommendations
  • Track outcomes and adoption to ensure initiatives deliver intended business value
  • Contribute to establishing shared PMI ways of working and a strong, unified culture

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Advanced experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and/or transformation initiatives
  • Proven ability to influence without formal authority
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Copilot)
  • Experience supporting enterprise or portfolio-level transformation initiatives in large, matrixed organizations (preferred)
  • Experience with organizational change management practices (PROSCI or similar certification a plus) (preferred)
  • Project management and/or Agile certification preferred (preferred)
  • Financial Services and/or Payments industry experience (preferred)
  • Experience providing people or team leadership (preferred)
