About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Expand upon manual control execution responsibilities
- Serve as a critical team resource for escalation support, operational oversight, and management and training needs
- Partner with stakeholders to further automate and/or offshore manual processes
- Support transitions and help design or enhance team coverage models for ancillary tasks
- Enable staffing managers to focus effectively on people leadership and workforce strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically three or more years of experience in regulatory compliance activities
- Thorough knowledge of government and regulatory laws and regulations
- Thorough knowledge of U.S. Bancorp operations, policies and procedures
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to research and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong presentation skills
