About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate the onboarding of trust and estate accounts end-to-end
  • Gather and validate required documentation and client/account information
  • Coordinate with key internal partners across Personal Trust and related departments
  • Ensure onboarding activities align with bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Provide operational support and clear updates to internal partners throughout the onboarding process
  • Lead onboarding calls with internal partners as you progress in training

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Five years or more of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn custody operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services, for assigned area(s)
  • Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Exhibits analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Exhibits customer relation skills, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of regulatory and accounting principles which directly affect Wealth, Corporate, Commercial & Institutional Banking business lines and clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, preferably Excel.
