Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supports a wide range of project and operational initiatives across the credit card lifecycle
  • Works cross-functionally to deliver product launches, system enhancements, and migration efforts
  • Provides project and analytical support to assigned business line or functional area
  • Performs research, analysis, review, development, implementations, and monitoring of new and/or revised products/services
  • Acts as a project liaison with other departments
  • Analyzes current costs and estimates the cost or cost savings
  • Compiles and analyzes information for an assigned project or areas making recommendations based on findings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically eight to 10 years of related experience
  • Considerable knowledge of the credit card life-cycle
  • Experience with platforms and tools including: ICS, AEM, ACAPS, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, MS Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to troubleshoot and independently problem-solve
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Thorough knowledge of project management
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
