About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze and summarize daily movements across the bank’s balance sheet, identifying key drivers and trends
  • Support monthly close and forecasting processes by partnering with cross-functional teams to explain variances in balance sheet and net interest income
  • Prepare executive-level reporting materials and presentations for senior leadership
  • Respond to ad hoc analytical requests to support business insights and decision-making
  • Leverage strong technical skills in Excel and Hyperion Essbase to maintain and enhance reporting processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically two or more years of related experience
  • Working knowledge of financial analysis techniques and general accounting procedures
  • Well-developed mathematical and analytical skills
  • Basic knowledge in financial analysis, forecasting, and planning
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
  • Strong technical skills related to data mining and visualization tools
