About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategic projects that may be general or systems related in nature.
- Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs.
- Support group heads in our PMI Sales organizations with administrative expertise
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Advanced knowledge of project management
- Delivery of high level, professional, administrative services and expertise that requires in-depth knowledge of the assigned functional area.
- Analyzes, interprets and actions inquiries from customers and/or internal clients regarding policies and procedures applicable to the assigned area.
- Manages workflow and ensures that service expectations are met.
- Compiles reports for management.
- Responsible for diary, travel and expense management.
- Creation of decks and presentations
- Managing and coordinating administrative activities for the team and maintaining team files and information
