About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead large-scale, complex HR projects from initiation through execution, ensuring delivery against defined scope, timelines, and objectives
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
- Drive accountability across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and proactive follow-through on commitments
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives and cross-team dependencies to ensure coordination
- Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders across HR, Compensation, and business functions
- Lead and facilitate project meetings, providing structured updates and driving decisions
- Translate strategic initiatives into actionable project plans
- Support enterprise initiatives such as job architecture and skills development
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively mitigate issues
- Ensure alignment across initiatives to prevent siloed work
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five to eight years of experience in project management activities
- Experience leading cross-functional projects in matrixed organizations
- Experience working with executive stakeholders and influencing decisions
- Strong execution focus with ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to translate ambiguity into structured plans
- Experience with organizational design, job architecture, or skills frameworks preferred
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Workday, and ServiceNow
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
