About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead large-scale, complex HR projects from initiation through execution, ensuring delivery against defined scope, timelines, and objectives
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Drive accountability across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and proactive follow-through on commitments
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives and cross-team dependencies to ensure coordination
  • Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders across HR, Compensation, and business functions
  • Lead and facilitate project meetings, providing structured updates and driving decisions
  • Translate strategic initiatives into actionable project plans
  • Support enterprise initiatives such as job architecture and skills development
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively mitigate issues
  • Ensure alignment across initiatives to prevent siloed work

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five to eight years of experience in project management activities
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects in matrixed organizations
  • Experience working with executive stakeholders and influencing decisions
  • Strong execution focus with ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to translate ambiguity into structured plans
  • Experience with organizational design, job architecture, or skills frameworks preferred
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Workday, and ServiceNow
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
