About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the development and deployment of AI-enabled tools in CRE functions
- Design, test, and optimize AI prompt frameworks
- Analyze loan-level and market data for actionable insights
- Build dashboards for credit committees and portfolio reviews
- Streamline underwriting workflows via automation and AI
- Support the development of structured CRE data environments
- Ensure adherence to data governance and model risk management standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Highly analytical and technically sophisticated
- Deep CRE domain knowledge
- Hands-on experience in data analytics
- Experience with AI tools (LLMs)
- Workflow automation knowledge
- Ability to design high-quality AI prompts
- Skills in statistical and analytical techniques
- Experience with credit analysis and portfolio management
- Collaboration with credit officers and underwriters
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards
