About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the strategy, delivery, and ongoing performance of our consumer and small‑business debit card portfolio within the Payments organization
  • Focus on data analysis, product support, performance monitoring, and cross‑functional coordination
  • Ensure debit products meet customer needs, comply with regulatory requirements, and deliver strong business outcomes
  • Participate in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects
  • Initiate root‑cause analysis and corrective actions when discrepancies or issues are identified
  • Ensure debit products comply with all required regulations, including Reg E and network rules
  • Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Audit teams on issue remediation, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Support Potential Issues Management (PIM) processes where required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
  • Familiarity with network (e.g., Visa, MasterCard) and regulatory mandates, as well as technical requirements impacting debit and checking products
  • Experience with Hogan systems (especially CAMS, CIS, DDA, ODS, PAS) and systems knowledge of Base24 and V400.
  • Strong working experience with tools such as: JIRA, Confluence, Dragonboat
  • Familiar and experienced in Agile ways of working
  • Ability to conduct an analysis of business needs, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas, conferring with business line leaders, documenting and making verbal and written presentations
  • Strong understanding and use of project management techniques and testing processes and supervising their use
  • Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on test results
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong project management, organization and analytical skills
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills
  • Extensive knowledge of a business line or function area
