About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, enhance, and support Salesforce CRM functionality related to lead management
- Execute development work within Agile sprint cycles (typically 4 weeks)
- Partner with onshore engineers, offshore developers, and QA teams to deliver high‑quality solutions
- Support ongoing business enhancements, enterprise initiatives, and security-driven updates
- Provide day‑to‑day production support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications
- Adapt to shifting priorities and evolving requirements in a dynamic delivery environment
- Help ensure performance, stability, and usability of Salesforce solutions across supported business units
- Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Development Manager and broader engineering team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience
- Experience working in an enterprise or large‑scale environment
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and core CRM capabilities
- Experience working in Agile teams and sprint‑based delivery models
- Proven ability to manage changing priorities and adapt in fast‑paced environments
- Strong collaboration skills, including experience working with distributed/onshore‑offshore teams
- Hands‑on experience supporting and maintaining production Salesforce environments
