About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participates in the identification, design, development, and implementation of analytical and systems-related solutions supporting CLO and related operational processes.
  • Assignments are typically independent in nature and require strong problem-solving skills to address complex business and technical challenges.
  • Works closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, develop efficient solutions, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of outputs.
  • Projects often involve automation, data analysis, and database-driven processes using tools such as SQL, VBA, and Python.
  • Applies technical expertise and analytical thinking to improve processes, enhance data accuracy, and streamline reporting and operational workflows.
  • This role requires the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive solutions from concept through implementation with minimal oversight.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
  • Demonstrated experience working with data, systems, or automation tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently on complex assignments
  • Experience working with SQL and relational databases
  • Proficiency in coding for automation and reporting solutions
  • Experience with VBA, VBS, Python or similar programming languages
  • Knowledge of CLOs, structured finance, or related financial products
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
