About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participates in the identification, design, development, and implementation of analytical and systems-related solutions supporting CLO and related operational processes.
- Assignments are typically independent in nature and require strong problem-solving skills to address complex business and technical challenges.
- Works closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, develop efficient solutions, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of outputs.
- Projects often involve automation, data analysis, and database-driven processes using tools such as SQL, VBA, and Python.
- Applies technical expertise and analytical thinking to improve processes, enhance data accuracy, and streamline reporting and operational workflows.
- This role requires the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive solutions from concept through implementation with minimal oversight.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
- Demonstrated experience working with data, systems, or automation tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently on complex assignments
- Experience working with SQL and relational databases
- Proficiency in coding for automation and reporting solutions
- Experience with VBA, VBS, Python or similar programming languages
- Knowledge of CLOs, structured finance, or related financial products
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and develop effective solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
