About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau (and other BI tools)
Work closely with business units and branch operations teams to gather requirements
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
Ensure development best practices in code (Python, SQL, etc.) and tool usage
Proactively engage with internal customers to refine requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience
Proven experience developing BI solutions, particularly with Tableau (creating complex dashboards, managing Tableau Server or similar BI platforms)
Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation (pandas, scripting, API integration, etc.)
Familiarity with other programming or scripting (e.g., SQL, R, or shell scripting) is a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Experience working in cross-functional teams and ability to manage multiple priorities
Demonstrated project management skills or tech lead experience
