About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build relationships with customers by meeting face to face and engaging them where they need
- Assessing and attending to customers’ banking needs
- Obtaining and processing customer and account information
- Educating clients on available deposit and loan products and services
- Recommending financial solutions based on each customer’s unique goals and needs
- Originating and closing consumer loans
- Opening accounts and opening and/or closing the branch
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically has a minimum of one to two years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
