About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Have the shared responsibility for soliciting, developing, managing, and retaining client relationships for PWM.
  • Partner with Senior Advisor to drive business development, client retention and engagement in PWM sales and relationship management strategies.
  • Achieve sales, revenue and practice excellence goals.
  • Focus on honing the technical aspects of a given product specialty area and developing superior client facing skills needed to become an Advisor.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Up to three years of related experience
  • Thorough knowledge of departmental operations/policies and U.S. Bank products and services
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong client facing skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions, interpret data and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
  • Well-developed analytical skills
  • Pursuit of professional credentials (CFP, CFA, etc.) a plus
