About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead teams that provide design, delivery, and support of strategic AI capabilities across the Product Development Lifecycle
Ensure secure, scalable, and effective enterprise adoption of key AI vendor platforms (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor)
Influence AI strategy and engineering productivity decisions across the enterprise
Partner closely with technology, security, risk, and business leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
10 or more years of relevant software engineering experience
Six or more years of experience leading multiple software engineering teams
Minimum 10 years in banking or similarly regulated environment
Minimum 10 years leading large‑scale software delivery
Demonstrated executive communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate with senior leaders, engineers, and cross‑functional partners
Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships across the organization
Hands‑on leadership experience with developer‑focused AI tooling, such as GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude (Claude Code, Cowork), Cursor, Cognition, or similar
Strong understanding of enterprise AI considerations, including: Security, governance, access controls, auditability, and responsible AI practices
Strong architecture and design background with experience in: Cloud‑native, API‑driven, and event‑based architectures
Demonstrated, hands‑on experience across the full SDLC, including: CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure‑as‑code, and automated testing
