About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Portfolio and Pricing Team Lead in creating and implementing pricing strategies
- Gather competitive, customer, market, and internal business priorities to design, develop, and continually optimize solutions
- Serve as point of contact for specific segments or portfolios, collaborate to drive business objectives
- Participate in pricing discussions and negotiations for the business line
- Engage with enabling functions to position and promote supported and planned pricing and product changes
- Develop, analyze, monitor, and report performance metrics from internal and external sources
- Heavy involvement in the rollout, implementation, and adoption of pricing tools and strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Product Management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated analytical and pricing strategy experience
- 6+ years of experience in pricing, product, portfolio, or strategy roles within commercial/corporate banking or financial services
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional pricing programs with measurable impact on revenue, rate beta, and customer experience
- Strong financial acumen and experience influencing senior stakeholders
- Expertise in pricing strategy, product P&L ownership, and go-to-market execution
- Ability to anticipate shifting market priorities, internal, and external customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value
- Experience with pricing tools, analytics, and BI dashboards; skilled in data-driven decision-making
- Track record in performance measurement, optimization, and channel alignment
- Skilled negotiator with ability to balance client relationships and balance sheet goals.
