About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Portfolio and Pricing Team Lead in creating and implementing pricing strategies
  • Gather competitive, customer, market, and internal business priorities to design, develop, and continually optimize solutions
  • Serve as point of contact for specific segments or portfolios, collaborate to drive business objectives
  • Participate in pricing discussions and negotiations for the business line
  • Engage with enabling functions to position and promote supported and planned pricing and product changes
  • Develop, analyze, monitor, and report performance metrics from internal and external sources
  • Heavy involvement in the rollout, implementation, and adoption of pricing tools and strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Product Management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated analytical and pricing strategy experience
  • 6+ years of experience in pricing, product, portfolio, or strategy roles within commercial/corporate banking or financial services
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional pricing programs with measurable impact on revenue, rate beta, and customer experience
  • Strong financial acumen and experience influencing senior stakeholders
  • Expertise in pricing strategy, product P&L ownership, and go-to-market execution
  • Ability to anticipate shifting market priorities, internal, and external customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value
  • Experience with pricing tools, analytics, and BI dashboards; skilled in data-driven decision-making
  • Track record in performance measurement, optimization, and channel alignment
  • Skilled negotiator with ability to balance client relationships and balance sheet goals.
