About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Hires and lead an efficient and effective team which meets the needs of Enterprise Fraud Strategy
- Sets, negotiates, and assures adherence to Agile program vision with a multitude of cross-functional partners
- Managing and directing overall Product team activities and monitoring progress, including project health, capacity planning, and internal process improvement activity
- Collaborates with peers and leaders across the Fraud Strategy and some Enterprise to ensure outcomes align with priorities and goals
- Accountable to create a seamless experience for partners and staff, while driving down issues and improving experiences
- Engagement with senior leaders and stakeholders to support products/projects and solution implementations, assure strong controls & communications, weave multiple team/functions together towards those goals and keep focused on things that matter
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of related experience
- Considerable knowledge of risk management associated with the assigned product lines
- Thorough knowledge of lending, credit analysis and administration
- Strong analytical skills relative to evaluating asset utilization and goals
- Strong project management and strategic planning skills
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Strong PC skills and computer support system knowledge
