About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Hires and lead an efficient and effective team which meets the needs of Enterprise Fraud Strategy
  • Sets, negotiates, and assures adherence to Agile program vision with a multitude of cross-functional partners
  • Managing and directing overall Product team activities and monitoring progress, including project health, capacity planning, and internal process improvement activity
  • Collaborates with peers and leaders across the Fraud Strategy and some Enterprise to ensure outcomes align with priorities and goals
  • Accountable to create a seamless experience for partners and staff, while driving down issues and improving experiences
  • Engagement with senior leaders and stakeholders to support products/projects and solution implementations, assure strong controls & communications, weave multiple team/functions together towards those goals and keep focused on things that matter

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 10 or more years of related experience
  • Considerable knowledge of risk management associated with the assigned product lines
  • Thorough knowledge of lending, credit analysis and administration
  • Strong analytical skills relative to evaluating asset utilization and goals
  • Strong project management and strategic planning skills
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong PC skills and computer support system knowledge
